Process and Services
Our highly experienced team is deliberately small, with both Directors intimately involved in each project. We provide full-services from Concept Design through to Construction Services and Completion. We offer Architectural and Interior Design Services as well as Styling and Furniture selection for your project.
While most of our work focuses on residential houses, apartments and commercial projects, we have the experience to work across most project typologies and are open to collaboration on larger projects.

Architectural & Interior Design Services

Concept Design is possibly the most important stage of the architectural process as it is when the high level decisions are made, such as spatial planning and configurations. We analyse the site to understanding the sun path, contextual and environmental factors. The sketch design process involves hand sketching ideas, 3D and physical model making and feasibility studies for the project site. At this stage we would recommend a QS or Builder provides an early opinion of construction cost for the preferred design option. -
Design Development is where the selected concept design is developed further, including the spatial planning, the built form and materiality. Preliminary advise from consultants such as an engineer is incorporated. The design is further developed in 3D CAD software to understand the quality of space, how natural light is experienced inside and testing of materials and finishes. -
